Tom Frazier was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force from 1960 to late 1981. He's a member of the Merced Camera Club and has been active in that club and the San Joaquin Camera Club Councils for many years. Now fully retired, he's active in volunteer work for the Kiwanis Club of Castle-Atwater, the Merced Theatre, Playhouse Merced and Leadership Merced.
