LIVINGSTON -- Livingston True Value Home Store is offering three basic home improvement classes for the public.

Barnes and Noble will host a book fair from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday. There will be coupons available and for each coupon returned by a customer, a percentage of that sale will go to Atwater Sober Grad.

Baby Fest

A Baby Fest will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 31, at the Merced County Fairgrounds.

We will offer parenting resources, pregnancy education as well as labor and birth education. There will be seminars on how to choose a doctor, dentist and much more. There also will be bounce houses, a petting zoo and pony rides for the older kids, a fashion show and diaper derby. Admission is $5 and children 10 and under are free. Vendors and local businesses still have time to register.

The Castle Kiwanis Club and the Castle Air Museum will present a Wine Tasting Festival among the aircraft of the museum.

This event will include wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres and music from 4 to 8 p.m. on June 14 at Castle Air Museum, 5050 Santa Fe Drive.
