Rivera student earns Stowell scholarship

The Don Stowell Memorial Scholarship was presented to Manuel Pineda during the commencement at Rivera Middle School. He is the son of Sandra Villamizar and Sergio Pineda of Merced and will receive a $500 scholarship upon enrollment in the college of his choice.
