Accolades: Fresno Pacific U. graduates
Meredith Anne Hise, Janae Marie Schaap and Heather Nicole Gumm, all of Merced, were among 374 graduates at Fresno Pacific University's fall commencement. The May 3 ceremony took place in the campus Special Events Center.
Hise received a bachelor of arts degree in history. Schaap received a bachelor of arts in psychology. Gumm received a bachelor of arts degree in social work.
In all, 153 traditional undergraduates, 165 bachelor's degree completion and 56 master's degree graduates were honored in morning and afternoon ceremonies.
