County invites public to planning meeting
The Merced County Board of Supervisors and the Merced County Planning Commission will host a joint meeting today to discuss the county's ongoing general plan update.
The general plan lays out policies for the county's short-term future.
The meeting will provide the public with information on how the update is progressing. Public feedback will be accepted.

The meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. in the supervisors' chambers on the third floor of the Merced County Administration Building, 2222 M St.
