POLICE CALLS

Merced Police responded to 254 calls in shifts from Wednesday to early Thursday.

The following is a short list of the calls:

Wednesday

8:08 a.m. -- Report of residential burglary on Shadowbrook Drive.

8:12 a.m. -- Report of residential burglary on Luna Court.

8:55 a.m. -- Report of auto burglary on Parkwest Street.

11:14 a.m. -- Report of theft on Calimyrna Avenue.

2:58 p.m. -- Report of residential burglary on U Street.

4:18 p.m. -- Report of theft on Nashville Court.

4:39 p.m. -- Report of theft on Main Street.

4:44 p.m. -- Report of theft on Canal Street.

7:26 p.m. -- Report of narcotics on 16th Street.

7:54 p.m. -- Report of narcotics on 16th Street.

8:46 p.m. -- Report of public intoxication at R and 11th streets.

8:47 p.m. -- Report of residential burglary on 18th Street.

8:54 p.m. -- Report of residential burglary on Cartmell Way.

9:05 p.m. -- Report of shots fired at Parsons and Merced avenues.

9:27 p.m. -- Report of a suspicious circumstance on Cartmell Way.

10:10 p.m. -- Report of an auto burglary at Fifth and K streets.

11:35 p.m. -- Report of narcotics on 23rd Street.
