Letter: Refuse to pay PG&E
Editor: When I moved into my new home five years ago, I bought stamps and envelopes expecting that I would need them to send checks to Pacific Gas and Electric for electrical service. I have since discovered that they werent able to secure the service contract to the subdivision I live in. I think I should be able to bill PG&E for the stamps and envelopes I bought using bad judgment. Oh, wait a minute, now I can just call it an even swap for the $9 a month they are trying to gouge me for.
Maybe I can get around to paying PG&E for goods and services Im not getting as soon as I finish paying McDonalds for hamburgers Im not eating.
But naturally that will need to get in line behind my Exxon payment for gas Im not buying.
Lets band together and refuse to pay this illogical attempt at covering a bad business decision. If you pay one cent you are agreeing to be victimized by large corporations. Just say NO.
