Police calls on Wednesday and Thursday, December 16-17, 2009

Merced police responded to 207 calls in shifts Wednesday through early Thursday. The following is a short list of those calls:

THURSDAY

2:05 a.m. -- Report of a residential burglary at M Street, near Buena Vista Drive

3:59 p.m. -- Report of an assault at Street, between West First and West Second Street.

WEDNESDAY

10:13 a.m. -- Report of a noninjury accident at Yosemite Park Way and Shirley Street.

10:38 a.m. -- Report of an injury accident at Yosemite Avenue and G Street.

10:57 a.m. -- Report of graffiti in the 1200 block of 12th Place.

11:29 a.m. -- Report of a noninjury accident at Olive Avenue and Loughborough Drive.

12:15 p.m. -- Report of narcotics at Wardrobe Avenue, between West Avenue and Beechcraft Avenue.

1:37 p.m. -- Report of an injury accident at Alexander Avenue and McKee Road.

1:39 p.m. -- Report of a noninjury accident at 25th Street, between G and H streets.

4:37 p.m. -- Report of a residential burglary at St. Michelle Drive, between Park Avenue and St. Phillip Drive.

5:07 p.m. -- Report of an assault on Cavalaire Court, between St. Tropez Avenue and Verdon Court.

6:12 p.m. -- Report of an injury accident at 27th Street, between Lexington Avenue and McKee Road.

10:57 p.m. -- Report of shots fired at Brookdale Drive, between G Street and El Capitan Avenue.
