Around Town: International Music Festival at university

The College of the Arts Department of Music at California State University, Stanislaus is proud to present the first CSU Stanislaus International Music Festival through today at the CSU Stanislaus campus in the Bernell and Flora Snider Music Recital Hall at One University Circle. Golden Valley Men's Barbershop Chorus

The Golden Valley Men's Barbershop Chorus is having its annual Singing Valentines program Feb. 12 and 13. They will deliver a silk rose, Valentine card, a romantic song and a Polaroid photo of the recipient with the quartet. Cost is $40. Community Action Network Casino Night

The Merced Community Action Network will celebrate its 16th anniversary with a Casino Night on Feb. 13 at 5 p.m. at the Atwater Community Center. Junior high Valentine's dance

There will be a Valentine's dance Feb. 13 for junior high students from 6 to 10 p.m. at the McCombs Youth Center, 615 W. 15th St. Come dressed to impress, no hats, sports attire, white tees, tank tops or saggy pants. 'Last Chance'

Calvary Temple Worship Center will present "Last Chance" a drama Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. and on Feb. 15 and 16 at 7 p.m., at the center, 2740 N. Highway 59. This will be performed with church members throughout the producation as cast members and working on lighting, sound, visual effects, staging and sets. 2010 Sacramento Autorama bus trip

Custom rods, motorcycles and vendors will be at the 2010 Sacramento Autorama on Feb. 20. There will be a bus to take you to the Autorama at the Cal Expo Fairgrounds, it will leave the city parking lot at 16th and Canal streets at 7:45 a.m. and return there at 5 p.m. Erika Eleniak, John Schneider and Lorenzo Lamas will appear at the event.
