Police are looking for the driver of a dark green compact sedan that hit a bicyclist Thursday night at Olive Avenue and G Street.
Witnesses told police that the victim was riding his bicycle across G Street when the vehicle hit him, just after 9 p.m.
The bicyclist, a 30-year-old man, fell to the ground and struck his head on the pavement, resulting in serious injuries, police said. He suffered a concussion and was taken by ambulance to a Modesto hospital.
