Gardening class at agriculture center

A spring gardening class will be held March 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Stanislaus County Agricultural Center, 3800 Cornucopia Way in Modesto.

Included will be how to prepare soil and how to plant vegetables and fruit. There will be a free drawing for prizes, and plants and seeds are courtesy of Four Seasons Farms, The Greenery Nursery, Morris Nursery, Scenic Nursery and West Turf Nursery.
