County hosts class for small-business owners

The Merced County Department of Commerce, Aviation and Economic Development is hosting a class for small businesses on how to market products and services to government agencies.

The class is scheduled for March 23, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Castle Conference Center, 1900 Airdrome Entry in Atwater.

Because of limited seating, pre-registration is required.
