Watching Track & Field in the rain

It must be spring — somewhere.

A light rain and cold wind made conditions miserable for spectators and competitors alike, but sunshine and warmer weather are forecast to return today.

By Monday, Northern San Joaquin Valley residents could see temperatures in the 70s.

Still, it might be a good idea to keep those blankets handy — at least for a while longer.
