Merced's Madeline Wall, 88, an Austrian immigrant who has worked at the same Volkswagen dealership for 50 years, is a finalist in Mitchum's "Hardest Working Person in America" contest.

According to a press release from Mitchum, a deodorant company, Wall is one of 10 finalists who could win $100,000 and become the subject of a short film by Albert Maysles.
