SummerFest, the downtown farmers market and vendor fair, has added vendors and events for children.
This week's offerings includes several children's events, including pony rides.
The event, organized by The D magazine, goes from 6 to 9 p.m. and will feature music by Not An Airplane and entertainment by the Hood Roc Dance Group and Motion Crew.
Food vendors will be selling kettle corn, corn on the cob, hot dogs and more. Market vendors include a nursery, organic farms and a business that sells fresh trout. There will also be several craft and commercial booths.
SummerFest will be 6 to 9 p.m. every Thursday until Sept. 2. Main Street will be closed to automobile traffic from K to M streets.
