Merced County's Most Wanted: Jorge Arturo Ramos

The Merced County Sheriff's Department is looking for Jorge Arturo Ramos on charges of violating his parole and failing to register as a sex offender. He was last seen in the Delhi area.

Ramos, 28, is Hispanic, approximately 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a tear drop beneath his right eye, and three dots on the web of his left hand. He uses the aliases of Ramirez and Pena.

He is a validated gang member, according to the sheriff's department.
