Pre-irrigation grower meeting set for March 2 for Turlock Irrigation District

TURLOCK -- Growers, interested business owners and the public will have an opportunity to receive information about the 2011 irrigation season and ask questions when the Turlock Irrigation District holds its 2011 pre-irrigation season grower meeting at 7 p.m. on March 2 in the TID boardroom, 333 E. Canal Drive, Turlock.

District staff will be on hand to discuss the state of the Tuolumne River Watershed, the irrigation season outlook and the relicensing of the Don Pedro Project, as well as cover local and state water topics.
