Yosemite National Park has called off its search for 69-year-old Gene R. Hall. He was found dead in his tent on Saturday, park officials said.
The cause of Hall's death hasn't yet been determined, but appears to be from natural causes. Hall was reported missing on Thursday after he went hiking alone in the Vogelsang area. Seach-and-rescue workers found is tent off the trail near Fletcher Lake, near Vogelsang. Hall is from the Olympia, Wash. area.
