Off the 99: A land grab in Livingston?

The Livingston City council is in the process of a possible annexation of 340 acres owned by the Gallo Family. Proponents think the plan could bring much-needed jobs to the area when it develops, but critics think traffic congestion and the cost of providing services could be a detriment to the city.

During this week's radio show, Donna Kenney, Livingston's community development director, details where the city is at in the process, how the project benefits the area and where the project is heading from here.
