Town hall meetings for county District 1

Merced County Supervisor John Pedrozo has set the dates for annual town hall meetings throughout District 1. Town hall meetings are informal public meetings where everyone in the community is invited to attend, voice their opinions and hear the responses from county/public representatives regarding subjects of interest or emerging issues.

South Merced Town Hall: Boys & Girls Club of Merced, 615 W. 15th St., Merced, Wednesday, 6:30 p.m.

Planada Town Hall: Planada Community Hall, 9167 E. Stanford Ave., Planada, Feb. 2, 6:30 p.m.

Le Grand Town Hall: Le Grand Legion Hall; 12560 Le Grand Road, Le Grand, Feb. 19, 6:30 p.m.

Pedrozo said several Merced County department heads will be on hand to answer questions or respond to concerns raised by the public. Representatives of Congressman Dennis Cardoza, state Sen. Anthony Cannella and Assemblywoman Cathleen Galgiani will be invited to hear concerns of District 1 residents.
