SPCA offers adoptions of special needs pets

The Merced SPCA is offering special needs pets at a reduced rate during their September-long Adopt a Special Needs Pet Month. Special needs may include shyness, manageable physical conditions, advanced age or the necessity of being an only pet. For more information, come to 1021 E. Childs Ave. or call (209) 384-7722.
