SPCA lunch to offer 'Afternoon in Tuscany'

The SPCA will hold a luncheon Monday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bella Luna Restaurant, 350 W. Main St. "An Afternoon in Tuscany" is the theme this year. Tickets are $15 per person and include pasta alfredo and marinara, salad, bread, dessert, and tea or soda. Themed gift baskets will be for sale.
