Atwater 1977 reunion
ATWATER — Atwater High School's Class of 1977 will host its reunion starting at the football game on Friday, and later at Tary Boscolio's Pizzeria. A dinner-dance will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. on Saturday at the Vista Ranch and Cellars on Highway 140. This is open to all Atwater graduates. Race for Cure dinner
ATWATER — The Ladies Auxiliary VFW 9946 will host a spaghetti dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at 1390 Broadway Ave. Tickets are $8 in advance sale and $10 at the door. For takeout, add 50 cents. Proceeds to benefit Cancer Aid and Research Fund.
Johnny Cash Tribute

The Mutual of Omaha Breakout Swim Clinic will be hosted by Merced Skimmers from 3 to 7 p.m. Oct. 27 at Merced College, 3600 M St. Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. You must register by Friday. This clinic is designed to break bad habits, build new skills, uncover hidden talent and teach championship techniques on all four strokes.
