More than 30 dog owners and their pets participated in the "Howl-O-Ween" pooch parade Saturday at the Merced dog park off Yosemite Avenue and R Street. The event was sponsored by the Merced Dog Owners Group. Proceeds went toward replacing a tree at the park and purchasing doggy-doo bags.
