Flu shot clinic Thursday The Merced County Department of Public Health will hold a community flu vaccination clinic from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Boys and Girls Club, 615 W. 15th St. For more information, English speakers should call (209) 381-1180 and Spanish speakers should call (209) 381-1181.

Le Grand school fair LE GRAND — Le Grand Elementary School will host a vendor fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the school gym, 13071 Le Grand Road. Many homemade gifts, and lunch, will be available. For more information, call (209) 631-6402.

VFW Auxiliary breakfast ATWATER — The Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Atwater will hold its monthly breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday at 1390 Broadway. On the menu will be eggs cooked to order, bacon or sausage, hash browns and biscuit or omelets with hash browns, coffee and juice. Tickets are $3 to $6.

St. Alban's holiday tea St. Alban's Anglican Church will host its holiday tea from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 10 at 401 W. L St. Suggested donation is $10. Call (209) 509-9684.

Neuropathy support The Merced Peripheral Neuropathy Support group will meet at 1 p.m. Nov. 11 at Hoffmeister Center, 1920 Canal St. For more information, call (209) 358-2045.

Chukchansi casino trip The Italian Catholic Federation will sponsor a day at Chukchansi Casino on Nov. 13, with transportation leaving from 23rd and M streets at 9 a.m. Tickets are $27 per person and include transportation, $10 for gaming and a $5 voucher for lunch. Farmers market hours The original Merced Certified Farmers Market is open year-round from 8 a.m. to noon Saturdays at 19th and N streets. The Wednesday Market at the Promenade runs from May through the second Wednesday of December.

Livingston panel vacancies The city of Livingston is accepting applications to fill seven vacancies on the Livingston Parks and Recreation Commission. Deadline is 5 p.m. Jan. 4. For more information, call (209) 394-8830 or go to livingstoncity.com.

Hall available for rent ATWATER — The Atwater VFW Club Hall is available for rent to the public for parties. It holds 150 people and has a full service kitchen. The VFW has a hamburger night every Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. For more information, call (209) 358-7224.
