Atwater's Christmas Parade was flawed at the very beginning. Mayor Joan Faul positioned herself in front of our colors.
Never is someone or something to precede the colors; not even a president of the United States comes before the colors. Shame on you, Joan Faul!
The rest of the parade was wonderful, as usual!
