Around Town: Motorcycle club seeks family to sponsor

The Mi Gente Motorcycle Club is looking for a family to sponsor this holiday season. To be considered, people are asked to send a letter explaining their families' needs -- as well as children's names, ages and clothing sizes -- to 3590 Atwater Blvd., Atwater, CA 95301, by Thursday. Lions Club will hold 33rd cioppino dinner

ATWATER -- The Merced Breakfast Lions Club will hold its 33rd annual cioppino dinner at

Wine and Chocolate Festival trip coming

Symphony Pops Concert at Merced Theatre

The Merced Theatre, 301 W. Main St., will present Merced Symphony Pops Concert at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2013.
