'Christmas Vacation' on the big screen

The Merced Theatre will present the film "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" at 7 tonight. Tickets are $5.

Candlelight worship on Christmas Eve

Rescue mission needs helpers for banquet

The Merced County Rescue Mission needs volunteers to help serve its Christmas banquet to the homeless on Monday. The hours people are needed are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; servers are needed, as well as set-up and clean-up crews. Any time would be appreciated. Call (209) 658-9558. New Years Eve bash set at veterans hall
