The Merced Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will hold its enchilada luncheon and bazaar from 1 to 4 p.m. Jan. 19 at Los Panchos Restaurant, 2971 G St. Tickets are $15 and include chicken, beef or cheese enchiladas, drink and dessert. There will be a raffle, gift baskets and gift cards. All proceeds will benefit the SPCA shelter. Call (209) 947-2527.
