To the man and woman who are going around town with a little girl (maybe 10 years old), begging for money with a cardboard sign, having the cute little girl with her pink mittens and scarf, waving to all the cars: What are you thinking?

What are you trying to teach this child? How to beg? How to get tax-free money by begging?

You should be ashamed. We saw you last week by Save-Mart; today we saw you in the Costco parking lot.

I really wish you would not exploit this little girl. You are sending a very bad message. She is learning all the wrong lessons.
