LIVINGSTON -- The city is accepting applications to fill seven vacancies on the Livingston Parks and Recreation Commission. The deadline is 5 p.m. Feb. 28. Applications are available at City Hall or http://livingstoncity.com. Meetings are held at 7 p.m. the fourth Thursday of each month.

Wayward Ponies' will hold its fourth annual open house Feb. 18 and is in need of donations of new items or gift certificates for prizes and the loan of pop-up canopies in case of inclement weather.
