TURLOCK -- Kaptown shirts continue to be a big seller. Turlocks Westside Ministries, a nonprofit organization serving families on the citys west side, started selling the shirts to raise money for youth football scholarships.
The T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts honoring 49er quarterback and Pitman High grad Colin Kaepernick have attracted a lot of attention an order came in Monday morning from North Dakota, and a television news crew showed up to do a story, said youth director Lydio Bananya.
Now the stock has been depleted. We do have smalls and youth sizes on the sweatshirts and shirts, Bananya said. We ran out of medium and up.
