In movies, many bullets are needed to stop a predator. Thus, a woman protecting herself and her children will find it necessary to have a semi assault rifle or several guns loaded in advance of an invasion.People protecting themselves with a gun tremble while trying to reload, and thus give the advantage to the assailant to murder the homeowner.

Abuse, rape or murder is avoided.

Wealthy people can afford to hire armed guards with semi assault rifles to protect their family dwelling place. For an example, the president of the United States has a 24-hour armed guard service.

The Second Amendment in the Constitution protects the rights of citizens to own guns and rifles. Owning a gun is wonderful because it provides protection.

It is the person behind the gun who may do wicked things with the firearm. Mentally ill and people with evil motives decide to be vindictive in a sinister way because of hatred. In many cases, they don't own a gun but take it without permission.

Signing a treaty with the United Nations concerning guns usurps the Constitution.

Our Second Amendment should be upheld by the Senate if the president signs a treaty.
