Customer service The Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Merced College Customer Service Academy will offer a two-day workshop on customer service from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m. on Feb. 14 and 21 at 630 W. 19th St. Cost is $26 and earns one-half unit of college credit.
