Bicycle plan meeting The public is invited to the Merced City Bicycle Transportation Plan meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Civic Center, 678 W. 18th St. in the Sam Pipes Conference Room. These are workshops where the public can give input. Call (209) 385-4768.

Customer service The Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Merced College Customer Service Academy will offer a two-day workshop on customer service from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m. on Feb. 14 and 21 at 630 W. 19th St. Cost is $26 and earns one-half unit of college credit. Advisory board meeting The Advisory Board on Alcohol and Other Drug Problems will meet at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at 1137 B St.

Art gallery exhibit The Merced College Art Gallery will present an exhibition of sculptural mixed media by Marie Bergstedt and Roz Ritter titled "Relativism" from Feb. 19 to March 14. There will be a reception at 6 p.m. Feb. 20 in the college's theater building. Call (209) 384-4117.
