Portland musician Nick Jaina performs tonight in Merced

MERCED — In a house on Olive Avenue in Merced three musicians from different parts of the Western United States will converge in Merced tonight for a special performance.

Portland's Nick Jaina, Colorado Springs' Michael Clark and Oakdale's Willy Tea Taylor are the featured artists in the second show in DLM Live's House Show Series on Feb. 15, according to a DLM Magazine press release.

The show starts at 7 p.m. and the cost is $10 and tickets can be purchased at http://dlmlivejaina.bpt.me. The location of the Olive House will be provided upon purchase of ticket.

Jaina, a multi-instrumentalist who has scored films, composed music for a ballet in New York and is the musical director for a play in New Orleans, will be accompanied by a cellist and violin player for his performance in Merced, the release said.

Willy Tea Taylor is a local favorite of concertgoers. A member of the Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit and a dedicated singer/songwriter, Taylor is known for his incredible storytelling.

Tickets for the show cost $10 and can be purchased at http://dlmlivescreening.bpt.me/. Doors for the show open at 7 p.m.
