'Off the 99:' CeaseFire

Off the 99 is joined this week by Lt. Tom Trindad of the Merced Police Department, Merced Councilwoman Mary-Michal Rawlings and the Rev. Don Ramsey of St. Matthew Baptist Church to discuss a budding violence-prevention program in Merced known as CeaseFire.
