The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department needs help in finding a missing man.
John Killins, 55, who deputies say has a diminished mental capacity, was last seen 10 p.m. Wednesday at his North Highlands home in the 3600 block of Turner Drive.
Killins typically uses a bus pass to ride Regional Transit.

He is described as white, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and about 170 pounds. He has short, balding brown hair and wears glasses.
Killins was last seen wearing a red jacket and long, white shorts.
Anyone with information about his wherabouts is asked to call the sheriff's department at (916) 874-5115.
