There are some undiscovered treasures here in Merced -- Merced College sports teams!
The enthusiasm of the athletes is infectious, the passion for their individual sport is wonderful to see, and the team's comradeship is without compare. I have been attending the men's baseball home games but it doesn't matter which team you choose. Getting out in the wonderful weather and hollering and cheering on the team has given this lady of advanced years a huge boost in attitude.
All you have to do is go to the Merced College website, click on sports, check out the schedules and go. You will be hooked. Hope to see you at the next game.
