My hat's off to the city of Atwater, Mayor Joan Faul, and the Buhach Colony High School volunteers who were involved in this past Saturday's Atwater Community Cleanup. I was able to take three trailer loads of accumulated junk, tires, and trash to the garbage trucks, free of charge. The Buhach Colony students helped unload old tires and electronic waste.
With this free service it should help prevent some of the dumping that occurs on our county's roads. Thanks, mayor, and students for a job well done.
