Success in the private sector should be the norm from termed-out legislators. After all, they helped to craft the business climate we have now. Yet they have no shame in rowing backwards to run for local office, as long as there is a paycheck attached. They'll run for county dog catcher if you let them. What does that imply about their core competency if they can't succeed with the rules they've imposed on everyone else?
