The Owl Empire of Stanislaus County Inc. will present the Mr. Miss and Ms. Gay Merced Pageant 2013 at 5 p.m. on April 13 at the Merced Women's Club House, 707 W. 22nd St. Tickets are $15 and includes dinner buffet and the show.
