A fatal accident was reported Saturday night on Santa Fe Drive between Beachwood Drive and Franklin Road, officials reported Sunday.
The accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian happened about 9:14 p.m. The California Highway Patrol is handling the investigation and authorities said further details won't become available until later in the week.
