It may behoove anyone looking for a positive lifestyle change to know that May is National Bike Month. No doubt, bicycling, a form of low-impact exercise, is excellent for infusing that much-needed element of physical activity in each individual's daily regime.
The full scope of benefits, however, far transcends simply toning calf muscles. Bicycling offers a great respite from pent-up stress, a prime opportunity to foster bonds between family and friends, and yet another enjoyable way to bask in the balmy weather.
Suffice to say, I encourage individuals to join me this May in reviving appreciation for this environmentally- and cost-friendly means of transportation and leisure.
