This is an open letter to the congenial idiot who shone his spotlight directly in my rearview mirror as he tailgated my vehicle at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday night on West North Bear Creek as I was eastbound in the block between M Street and G Street. He was obviously annoyed, because I was going 25 mph in a 35 mph zone.
The reason for this is because as I made my right hand turn off R Street to go eastbound on West Bear Creek, my steering wheel was acting up. I kept it under control at 25 mph. So since I was almost home, I chose to keep that speed to avoid further problems.
Well, this dimwit took umbrage at my speed, never considering the possibility that there might be a good reason for it.
His spotlight was to the right of the passenger's side headlight, so since that is an unusual place for a spot, I'll keep an eye out for it. Maybe P.D. might, also.
That case of arrested development needs to learn some manners.
