Los Banos police hunt for restaurant robber

The Los Banos Police Department is searching for a gunman who robbed a fast food restaurant over the weekend.

Police responded at 8:14 p.m. Sunday to a report of an armed robbery at Carl's Jr. at 1941 E. Pacheco Blvd., according to a news release.

Officers spoke with three employees who reported being robbed by a light-skinned male armed with a handgun. The victims cooperated with the robber's demands and were not injured, police said.

The robber fled in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash from the business.
