TURLOCK — Old car collectors needing certain parts or wanting to acquire a vintage vehicle will have plenty of opportunity Sunday at the Spring Turlock Classic Car Swap Meet and Show at the Stanislaus County Fairground.
Atwater promoter Rich Roberts has been staging the swap meet for 26 years. He said several thousand buyers are expected at the fairgrounds, where between 600 and 700 vendors from throughout California, Nevada and Oregon will be selling their wares.
Along with car parts, 200 to 300 vintage vehicles will be on sale at the swap meet, which offers automotive items only, Roberts said. The swap meet runs from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Admission for swap meet buyers is $8; parking is free. Early vendor check-in and set-up starts at 3 p.m. Saturday.
