Merced police are on the lookout for three men after a convenience store robbery Thursday night in south Merced.
The incident was reported just before 8 p.m. at Jesse's Market in the 100 block of E. 13th St., according to Sgt. Rodney Court.
The clerk was alone in the store when two men dressed all in black and wearing black ski masks entered the store with handguns. One robber put a gun to the clerks head, while the other pistol whipped him.
The robbers demanded the victim to open the cash register. Once they emptied the cash register, the two robbers fled on foot eastbound on 13th Street.
A third robber wearing all black entered the store without a gun and grabbed several cartons of cigarettes.
He fled in the same direction. The clerk suffered only minor injuries.
The only description the clerk was able to provide was all three robbers were males with thin builds, police said.
