Sheila Stark: No intellectual argument against it

June 19, 2013

Regarding "Homosexual lifestyle promoted." (June 13, Letters): The writer says "rarely, if ever, is an intellectually honest opposing view given equal attention." That's because there is no intellectual argument against homosexuality.

The writer states that there is an anti-family campaign that will undermine the family unit. What family? No one cares how the writer lives, so why does the writer care if gay couples form loving families?

I thought God was loving and caring … I guess I was wrong. I just wonder how isolated the writer is not to realize that the world is made up of all sorts of people and families.
