Florence Lambert: Dumping animals? We're watching

July 12, 2013

This is addressed to the despicable person who dumped a small white dog with dark spots in our neighborhood, Fahrens Park (just one of many). I and several other residents tried to feed, water and comfort this poor little guy. He or she was so scared we couldn't get within 20 feet. Now, this same poor animal is lying dead on the corner of Buena Vista Drive and Paseo Verde, hit by a car speeding down Buena Vista. You, despicable person, and all the other despicable people who continue to abandon animals, are being watched. And when we catch you, in person or on camera -- and we will catch you -- we will file charges against you. It is against the law to abandon animals.
