Aglow International set

'Life in Line' exhibition

The Merced College Art Gallery will open the fall semester with the "Life in Line" exhibit of drawing and wire sculpture by Evany Zirul. The exhibit will open Aug. 13 and continue through Sept. 5 with a reception for the artist at 6 p.m. Aug. 21 at the Theater Building at Merced College.

Habitat home dedication

Habitat for Humanity of Merced County will host a House Dedication at 10 a.m. Aug. 24 at 195 S. T St. The public is invited and light refreshments will be served. The next project will start at 927 W. Eighth St. Call (209) 723-2671.

Girl singers are needed
